How to Delete Your Account

1. 1. Sign in to your Mivon account.
2. 2. Open your profile menu.
3. 3. Select Settings.
4. 4. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
5. 5. Click Delete Account.
6. 6. Confirm your deletion request.

Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion.

What Data Is Deleted

• Account profile information
• Authentication-related user records
• Saved preferences
• Learning history associated with the account
• User-generated content stored by Mivon that is linked to the account

Deletion Timeline

Account deletion is typically completed within 30 days.

Certain records may be temporarily retained when required for:

• Security purposes
• Fraud prevention
• Legal obligations
• System backups

Any retained data will be removed according to our data retention practices.

Facebook Login Users

If you used Facebook Login to create or access your account, deleting your Mivon account will remove your associated Mivon data.

You may also remove Mivon's access from your Facebook account settings at any time.
